ADULT LEARN TO PLAY
Calling all beginners: come learn to play tennis with the best tennis professionals in town. In the fall/winter the class will be offered on Wednesday from 6 to 7 PM and you will learn proper stroke technique, footwork and much more. This clinic is a great way to have fun in a welcoming environment!
CARDIO TENNIS
This program features short cycles of high intensity workouts and periods of rest, almost like interval training. It is a fun, group activity where players of all abilities enjoy tennis together. While you are “playing” tennis the primary focus is getting a great workout. Come join the fun!
Thursday: 12:00 to 1:00 PM
Cost: $280.00 Member & $360.00 Non-Member per 10 week session
Per time price is $39 for members and $44 for non-members (all prices include sales taxes)
NO GUTS NO GLORY
This program is designed for the tennis player who is looking for a serious workout. It is a high energy, fast paced aerobic style drilling session. There will not be a lot of instruction! There will be a lot of movement! Coed workout, level 3.5 and above. Bring your own water, ice and towels!
Monday: 6:00 to 7:30 PM
Cost: $350.00 Member & $430.00 Non-Member per 10 week session
Per time price is $44 for members and $48 for non-members (all prices include sales taxes)
ADULT STROKE AND STRATEGY
Advanced Beginner – Intermediate. These clinics will work on developing your strokes with many drills and play.
Friday: 9:30 to 10:30 AM
Saturday: 9:00 to 10:00 AM
